Jessie Chun has been a New York City public school educator for over 20 years, focusing on Kindergarten through 2nd grade, as well as 3rd & 4th grade. She is Orton-Gillingham trained in the Science of Reading, and serves as the literacy coach for other educators in her school. As an educator Jessie is deeply passionate about literacy instruction and takes great pride in helping her students develop a love for reading and writing.

When not in the classroom, she loves to spend time with family watching movies and exploring new destinations. As a proud mother of three, an educator, and lifelong learner, Jessie believes that each child has the potential to succeed.
